Guides and trains staff, schedules shifts, and continuously monitors the quality of service. Resolves complex questions, complaints, or operational issues and makes decisions with a professional perspective. Monitors administrative processes such as check-ins and check-outs, and payments, and ensures strict compliance with procedures. Language skills are determined in consultation with the client.
